This website (https://youref.info/) is operated by the International University Sports Federation (“Fédération Internationale du Sport Universitaire”, “FISU”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an association that operates under the laws of Switzerland with number CHE-114.655.343 and having its registered offices located at Quartier UNIL-Centre, Bâtiment Synathlon, CH-1015 Lausanne, Switzerland.
The YouRef Erasmus+ Sport project is coordinated by five organisations from Switzerland, Portugal, Netherlands and Spain (two) as partners.

The use of the website (“Site”) is subject to full acceptance of the terms set out below. These conditions of use may be modified at any time, so the user of the site is invited to consult them regularly.
Presentation of the site
The purpose of the Site is to provide general information about The YouRef Erasmus+ Sport project.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is”. The minimum recommended configuration for accessing the Site is as follows:

• Screens: Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Desktop
We cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of our Platform, because we rely on telecommunications networks, which are beyond our control. We strive to minimize operational interruptions, e.g., due to maintenance of hardware or software.

The Site and each of the elements, including and without limitation the brands, logos, icons, computer graphics, photographs, which compose it are protected under international intellectual property legislation. The contents of the site are the property of YouRef. Any use, reproduction or representation, by any process whatsoever, and on any medium whatsoever, of all or part of the site and/or the elements that make it up is not authorized without the express consent of YouRef.
Other trademarks and logos appearing on the Site are the exclusive property of third parties and YouRef does not hold any right to them. They are subject to intellectual property protection. You may not use or reproduce the trademarks of these partners without their express permission, please refer to the various guidelines of the third parties on the use of these trademarks.

Limitations of liability
YouRef strives to provide information on the Site that is as accurate as possible. However, YouRef cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or shortcomings in the updating, whether caused by itself or by third-party partners who provide the information.
YouRef reserves the right to modify the content of the Site at any time and without notice, to interrupt or suspend all or part of the functionalities of the Site at any time and without notice. It cannot be held responsible for the consequences of these modifications and interruptions.
YouRef is not liable for errors for which it is not responsible, in particular those that occur in the case of telecommunications operators, servers or other third party providers such as social networks and online content distribution platforms. For platform maintenance reasons, the site may occasionally and temporarily be unavailable. Any site maintenance operation will be carried out, as far as possible, outside office hours and preferably during the weekend. As the Site is accessible from all over the world, maintenance will be carried out outside office hours in Switzerland.
The user is liable to YouRef and/or third parties for any material and/or immaterial, direct and/or indirect prejudice of any nature whatsoever caused by the user and/or his/her employees as a result of the use of the Site that does not comply with these terms.
As our referencing on search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.) and social networks is carried out automatically, YouRef cannot guarantee or exercise any referencing control on these search engines and therefore does not incur any responsibility for positioning and visibility. YouRef is in no way responsible for the content of sites or external sources that refer to YouRef.

You believe that any content infringes your rights or the rights of third parties, please inform us immediately so that we can examine your request and, if necessary, take appropriate measures to put an end to any infringement.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any possible dispute relating in particular to the application, execution, interpretation and/or validity of the Terms of use of the Site which cannot be resolved amicably, shall governed by the lays of Switzerland.
The parties agree that any dispute arising out from these Terms of Use shall be brought against the exclusive Court of Lausanne, Switzerland.
